How much can I borrow?
Short term - from $ 20,000 to $ 1,500,000 (larger sums available upon application).
Commercial development and construction - from $100,000’s to $10,000,000’s.
What Security do you require?
1st Mortgage or 2nd Mortgage on real property within all states of Australia.
Do I need a valuation on my security?
In most cases a new valuation is required. However; if you have a current valuation this may be considered but is subject to perusal and acceptance of AusWise Finance and or any of its investors.
What if I want to repay my loan early?
Some of our investors capitalize interest so there is no refund or benefit to pay the loan out early. Whereas; other investors charge interest on a daily basis and thus refunds may be possible.
Is there a penalty to repay the loan early?
Not in all cases.
Can I capitalise all fees and charges into the loan amount?
In most cases .
Are there any upfront fees & charges?
No. Fees are charged on an individual basis depending on loan amount and term taken. We do not charge an application fee but rather charge a commitment fee once an indicative offer has been accepted.
What is the interest rate?
Interest rates vary depending on the product. This will be disclosed to you in your indicative offer as will any other costs.
